Honestly, such a great experience! I previously had a horrible wisdom teeth removal elsewhere, so I was really nervous going into this one. But at Blue Lake Oral Surgery, everything was completely different, in the best way. My procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was so much easier than I expected. By day 3, I was already feeling so much better. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, checked in on me, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I truly had a positive experience here, and I will definitely be recommending this oral surgery office to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed. Highly impressed and grateful!

I was referred to Dr. Smith from my dentist in Hood River for the removal of a very large Torre that covered the roof of my mouth. I have been a trauma nurse for 40 years. My experience with Dr.Smith both as a patient and a medical professional was top shelf. My dental insurance covered 2/3 of the cost. I had a pretty good idea what my out of pocket expenses were going to be. Dental insurance typically does not cover everything. I had options and chose what worked for me and my family and they were more than willing to work out a plan. I had put this surgery off for years and quite honestly I was anxious about having bone chiseled away on the roof of my mouth. I remember Dr. Smith starting my IV and being sat up to leave. Compassionate, knowledgeable, clean, efficient, and affordable are words I would use to describe my experience.
