Blue Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center

I have looked at numerous phacilities for my Husband and was having a hard time getting him placed as the nursing home availability has a very limited space. The Hospital wanted him out asap. Thank goodness Blue Hills Health and Rehab accepted him. I went in and was pleasantly surprised that everyone was very attentive happy and upbeat no smells as they work very hard to make sure everything is sanitized and clean smelling the CNA staff are kind and treat everyone with respect. The Nurses really get to know their patients . I feel confident that my Husband is being well taken care of during stressful times for Families.

We have had such great experiences here with my father’s care. My father has had numerous respite stays here and we have been thrilled with the care he receives. The staff is fantastic and Aunna, the director of admissions, is so helpful and just an overall wonderful person. They make the admissions process easy, which I greatly appreciate. The nurses that care for him have been thorough, compassionate and patient. I would highly recommend Blue Hills Health to anyone looking for a respite or long term dementia care facility. I can’t thank them enough for the care they provide to my father.

My mother has been at Blue Hills for a little over 2 years with dementia. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They are so patient when showering my mom, she is very difficult at this time. I admire the nurses and aids for their patience. They have many activities for the residents, they encourage them to participate, but never force.

I have been very happy with my father's care at Blue Hills Stoughton. My dad has dementia and can be difficult. The staff are very good with him and despite all that they deal with, they are always friendly and courteous. He seems to like all of his caregivers. Any requests from me are followed up on in a timely manner and they always contact me and keep me informed of any changes or issues. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The nurses, aids and other staff are professional and helpful if I need anything when on site. The SW Aunna is available and helpful. My dad is not always cooperative but the staff always try to encourage and engage him. Despite being a fall risk, and being incontinent, my sister and I always find him clean and dressed. Blue Hills is a great place and I definitely recommend it! The receptionist, Cham, is very friendly and helpful. The social worker, Aunna, is amazing! She is so kind and caring not just to residents but to everyone I saw her in contact with (staff, other families, etc). She is super helpful. The Nurses are wonderful! I saw the Maintenance Man speaking so kindly to a resident on his way to fix something and it was so sweet to watch. The atmosphere was just so welcoming and I’ve had a great experience every time I visit. The vibes are so positive.
