Best service i ever had. The doctors and staff are kind. They take care of the patients immediately. That's why I always come back here when I have a problem. I give them 10 stars.

Walked in there because I needed a new Physician. No customer service or friendly demeanor/vibes whatsoever. As soon as I opened the door and approached the front desk one of the Dr.'s medical staff started interrogating me as to why I needed a new doctor. Hello? Aren't they in the business of helping people, even new patients?!?! The doctor wasn't much better either. After I told them my old doctor didn't accept my new insurance they just remained dumb founded and accusatory. The office is also very run down and depressing like they way they acted. Def will not be going back in there ever again!

Dr. Agustin is a very kind hearted doctor with great clinical skills. Every time when I am there for the appointment, he is cheerful and listens to my problem carefully. His staff members are organized and performs their duty well and are always ready to help whenever there is any confusion.

As a patient of Dr. Agustin, I believe that he is an excellent primary care physician. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. The entire staff at his practice is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr. Agustin and his team for anyone in search of quality medical care. Thank you!

I do not recommend this doctor at all. I have visited him in the past and he gives antibiotics without really trying to get to the root of the problem. His office cares more about making profits instead of caring for patients.
