I’ve been going here as an urgent care patient since 2018. I’ve finally gotten some things straightened out, and I’m now a regular patient. The front desk staff has always been kind and friendly with me. The nurses as well. Amanda Kincaid is an awesome practitioner who always helps me feel safe and heard in my medical issues and options. I had lab work today, and I wish I had gotten my phlebotomist’s name because I have NEVER had such an easy and, basically, painless blood draw! I was actually in shock that the situation moved so simply. Very thankful for this community.

Although the hold on the phone is long, the wait is worth it. Great office, only a few people in it at one time. Always take good care of me and my husband. Have for 10+ years! Both doctor's office and urgent care on the same site. If you are sick they will see you! Great parking but no automatic door.

Such a friendly staff, very knowledgeable, I felt like they cared.

Natalie Bovino was my provider and was excellent every time I needed assistance for the past few years. Unfortunately, the staff is not quite as stellar. I was referred to and needed an operation by an orthopedic specialist. I got a call yesterday from the scheduling department that my referral hadn’t gone through. I called the ortho office who said my primary care manager needs to refer, then my insurance company to confirm. When I called the office, I was told it may be the next day before she (medical assistance for Natalie) can do it. I called again the next morning just to be told in a condescending tone “I guess I’ll just spend my day trying to figure this out for you” and hung up on for the first of two times this morning by her after being nothing but respectful over the phone and

I called to see if this facility was open and no answer this past Saturday. We drove there and luckily they were. My 6 year old daughter was the only patient there. We were quickly seen and the nurse did a strep and flu test since my daughter had a sore throat and a fever. I could hear the nurse and doctor discussing if they could see a line ( I assumed on my daughters test) The nurse said she saw it and the doctor kept saying she didn’t behind the closed door. She did not treat us with an antibiotic because she said the test was negative and her throat didn’t look red) and my daughter continued to be miserable. 2 days later I took my daughter to another doctor and she tested positive for strep and is herself again. I just called this office again for a billing question and guess what. No
