Great customer service. Ms SYLVIA and everyone else do an amazing job. You can change the color of your braces every month or whenever your schedule permits them to be tightened. You can pay using a financial plan or you can pay cash/card/check for the full amount. Reasonable prices, but they do not cut any corners here. If you have to wait you can enjoy the provided reading materials like magazines, you can bring your own or you can even play the video game machines they provide for you free of charge. Don’t miss your turn getting to the location. Use the center lane it’s located between the Walmart and the QuikTrip on the opposite side of the street, so don’t drive to fast.

My brother got his braces done here around 13 years ago, and I just finished mine today as an adult - if that shows how unwavering their quality is! I'm absolutely in love with my smile and am very satisfied with the results. The staff are incredibly kind and professional, and Dr. Kwak explained every step in the process and answered any questions I had very thoroughly. (He even helped me decide between oral surgeons when I got my underbite surgery!) The office itself is also very clean and welcoming so I always felt at ease when I came. Great service! I came here for a new retainer (the one I received from my regular orthodontist had a crack after approximately 8 months), and I couldn't be happier! The retainer is made of a much better material, and it does not look worn at all, whereas in the past my retainers wore down very quickly and I had to replace them frequently. I am very happy with my experience here and will definitely return in the future!
