Kind staff, convenient parking, beautiful facility, outdoor space with waterfall for peaceful recovery.

Lab staff are great. Easy in and out. Get my mammogram, xrays, Cat scans here and never a problem.

Does anyone want to have blood drawn? Probably no, but it has to be done. Since it has to be done, this is the best facility I have used. The office staff is friendly, the wait time is minimal, and the phlebotomists are professional and well-trained.

My special needs son came here for blood work after many failed and traumatizing attempts at lab corp and quest diagnostics . Yale was AMAZING with my son . Super patient and caring . Highly recommend , especially if you have a child with special needs .

I called about my 8yo son and a woman tells me to come when there are 2 people in the office and to send the paperwork ahead. The next day I sent the paperwork in and called again. A different woman tells me I shouldn't bring him there because there is too much to do. When I asked questions, she was clearly uncomfortable with children, so even if she did not tell me to go somewhere else (which she did 3 different times) I would not want her to interact with my son. Already stressful situation made worse by someone not comfortable doing her job.
