I've been a patient of Dr Smolen for about 20 years. She is fantastic. Very attentive. She is very reachable by message in the portal which is awesome if you just have a question or need something quickly. I've used their aesthetic services too, top notch services and Zoe is awesome!

I have been a patient of Dr Smolen for many years! She is great. Always thorough, detailed and caring about her patients. She is very responsive to messages on the portal and always makes sure I am not worried about any results. I wish all doctors were like her!!!

When you walk into the doctors’ office it is very clean. The doctors’ office has a nice reception area. The staff at the check-in do you seem a bit stressed, but otherwise very courteous. When I would get called in, The doctors reception person would always be very kind. However, the intake, nurse or helper or whatever was never the same person twice. I would inquire about this, and never got a complete understanding of whether or not it was staff turnover some other reason. That was my first sign about this office. The doctor that I had, would only talk about one thing per visit. Urgent medical issue? Didn’t matter if it was not the first issue, I needed to make a separate appointment just need a signature on a form? It didn’t matter I needed a separate appointment. Had an issue with

Dr. Chase has been my doctor for over 20 years. He’s also the doctor for my wife and children. What an amazing and caring doctor. He is always on top of his game and has never not been able to help us. Not sure if he’s taking on new patients but if he is consider yourself fortunate because you will not find a more competent, nice, and on time doctor. Also don’t forget about his whole team. They rock too!

Refused to give me an appointment, despite the fact that they are accepting new patients and have many appointment times available. Reading between the lines of the conversation with the receptionist, they have chosen not to honor their contractual agreement with my insurance company.
