I am a very active athlete and weight lifter in my early 50s, navigating perimenopause and recovering from surgery I had a year ago. Jennifer has been instrumental in helping me stay active and strong. She has supported my recovery by thoughtfully reintegrating muscles and nerves affected by surgery, and she has given me simple, effective exercises to do at home that have made a real difference. Booking is easy, her downtown location is convenient, and most importantly, she is fully present and deeply focused on my health during each session. Jennifer is exceptionally knowledgeable, intuitive, and skilled. She is a gifted healer, and I am truly grateful to have found her.

I have been working with Jennifer for over 10 years for preventive services. Whenever something is sore for too long or not working, I go to Jennifer. She fixes it and gives me recommended exercise on how to keep it from coming back. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone to keep you healthy!

Jennifer knows exactly how and where to find and address the spots that are causing stiffness, soreness, and/or inflammation.. She is respectful of my need to take precautions against airborne illnesses and wears a mask when we are in session. She also spends time at the beginning of each appointment talking about my specific concerns that day - every time, the treatment is targeted based on that conversation and what she finds during the process.
