Bliss Speech and Hearing Services

After years of dealing with severe hearing loss and resulting frustrations, I received a cochlear implant in October 2025. I virtually had to learn how to understand speech again and to follow any conversation. After only a few sessions at Bliss, and certainly much sooner than I had anticipated, I was again able to follow and actively participate in conversations, even in places like noisy restaurants, without having to ask others all the time to repeat themselves. I am immensely thankful to my talented Speech Pathologist, Julia Vishneski, for her efforts, guidance and patience allowing me to make such rapid progress and regain self-confidence when socializing. I highly recommend Bliss Speech and Hearing to anyone needing assistance to regain hearing like I experienced it.

Ms. Julia has been amazing with Theo. She’s kind, patient, and knows exactly how to turn speech therapy into fun. Theo felt comfortable with her right away, and we saw real progress thanks to her encouragement and care. My 2-year-old son, who has bilateral hearing loss and wears hearing aids, has been receiving speech therapy at this clinic for quite some time now, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support he’s received. We can’t sing the praises of Bliss Speech and Hearing Services enough. Our son was barely able to verbally communicate at 3yr old, and after 6 months he’s a completely new kid. Sonya Mehta is his saving grace. Her formula for introducing new letters and sounds is very effective. He was so frustrated and reserved before, and now he’s able to participate in school and is making friends. The change over such a short period of time is remarkable.
