I am deeply, deeply anxious about going to the dentist. Combined with knowing I needed some work, I almost cancelled my first visit. However, I was met with such kindness, care, and zero judgement. My first visit ended up being long but they were so accommodating and made sure I was comfortable. I’ve never had a review worthy dentist visit until now!

A few months ago I found out what a fraud this dentist place is. I went in to get one of my from tooth out and a bone graft. They Talked me into getting a loan then refuse to do the bone graft. I called and texted these people for weeks and kept getting the run around before telling me they never put in my service. Took advantage I was in pain and didn’t really understand loans and that getting a tooth removed without insurance cost. I’m stuck paying on a loan for almost $700 just for an extraction. Not taking into account the $224 I paid without the loan. They take advantage of those without insurance. Predators.

This place should be reported and something should be done! I went here For a root canal and not only was I overcharge The dentist there gave me permanent nerve damage On a tooth that I did not get work on because she was lazy and didn’t want to resize my mouth formy cap So instead, she filed On a tooth that was in back that had absolutely nothing to do with my procedure! They also overcharged me even though I had insurance! I was treated so rudely because I brought to their attention that I now have permanent nerve damage, which caused me to only be able to eat on one side of my mouth. It has now been over six months since my procedure! And I’m still in pain every day each time I eat! I feel like it was deliberately done because during my procedure, the assistant was very anxious and aski

New patient to bliss. Had a good visit. The location is convenient to Kroger, right on the corner of Midway and Frankford. The office was cold, but I guess it keeps germs down. The people were friendly and the office is clean and decorated nice. TV and complimentary coffee while you wait. The doctor was helpful and knowledgeable. Look forward to my next visit.

I called Bliss office and got a sane day appointment because I was very uncomfortable with thus tooth. All the attendants were friendly and professional. Dr Sweta, was to the point and explained what the probkem were with my teeth and, she explained each procedure. She answered questions that I had because I have had many bad experiences with dentist. Thanks for all your help Bliss dental.I got it all done in one day.🥰
