We can’t say enough good things about this pediatric office! The front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The doctors truly take their time to listen to our concerns and explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed. What really sets them apart is how they go above and beyond to support and advocate for our children when needed. We’re so grateful to have such a caring and dedicated team. Highly recommend!

I love my Care Team here. Their care is exceptional with my child and newborn. Especially since they teamed up with Nationwide Children's Hospital and having access to my kiddos medical records. My daughter was experiencing flu symptoms, was running a fever, cough runny nose body aches, cold sweats everything. Took her in to be seen, they only tested her for strep and it came back negative. The doctor told me she needed to get up and exercise and not stay on and I quote "sitting on the couch" and drink plenty of water and that's it. Needless to say I went and got a second opinion and she tested positive for the influenza b. When addressing my concern, the woman I spoke to sided with the doctor, told me that they dont test or prescribe anything for the flu that it would only cost extra and that the doctors main concern was my daughter being hydrated, NOT properly diagnosing her. My 1 star is for the front staff and not the provider. We saw Dr. Orr for 16 years and she was amazing which was why I dealt with the issues with the front staff. As someone who has experience in a medical office I understand how stressful it can be that being said I have never encountered such a rude, uncaring, and unhelpful office staff. When calling to get a sick appointment you are given the 3rd degree about weather your child really needs to be seen or not. I needed a form filled out. Spoke with a nurse who said no problem, email it over and they will fill it out. I called a couple of hours later to check on it and the front staff told me they have 24 hours to fill it out. I told her that i was not informed of that and I asked if it could be rushed in anyway because my son would not b
