My massage with Jen is one of my favorite hours every month. She approaches my Thai massage with professionalism, care, and intuition. I have some specific considerations with my body and she is thoughtful in her approach to past injuries and tender joints. I would (and do) recommend Black Bird Wellness and Health to anyone and everyone!
Jen is a gentle, intuitive bodyworker and healer. Her soft, yet potent energy is inviting and soothing. She reads the body like it's a second language. Every time I leave her mat or table, I feel both rooted and as if I could float away. Just book a session with her and you'll understand what I'm talking about!
It was a great massage, so relaxing and Jen made it a comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend!
