I would have liked to give top rating but on arriving the first time the projected wait was 3 hours. I had some caregiving responsibilities I had to take care of so I decided to get my 91 year old mother taken care of first. I returned a little over an hour later and the projected wait was 1.5 hours. I stayed and was very happy that I did, I thought I might have a UTI and was asked to provide a urine sample right away and the visit moved along quickly. I was happy to get diagnosed quickly at that point.

Everyone is working so hard to help all patients. A wide variety of staff to support healthcare in a clean, orderly environment. Do be aware that you are arriving to an office that has two checking happening: one for folks with appointments with doctors and another for urgent first come-first-served. The nursing staff was throrough, including trainees, the desk staff was polite and in good spirits which is helpful. The PA was excellent and thoughtful. Thank you—keep up caring about each individual.

I told the doctor that my pharmacy is Walgreens and instead of sending it there, she sent it to a place I haven't used in years now. Time sensitivity does not allow me to pick that up at either place because one is closed and the other 1 said that bitterly billed my insurance. So I'm unable to get a refill, because Of them jumping the gun now , if the doctor would have listened to me , then we wouldn't have this problem at all

Very little waiting time. The staff were courteous and professional. The PA was very thorough, listened to me explain my symptoms, asked probing questions to cover all the bases. I was very happy with my visit and with the care I received. Thank you.

It took 3 hours to be seen and 4 hours to complete everything while feeling terrible. Thankfully my wife brought me food and water to me while I waited for urgent care. Staff were professional and good, but the wait time was terrible.
