I have never been treated so poorly in a medical setting like I was treated by Liz. Older woman with dark and grey curly hair. I was responsible for a disabled client whose GI tube had fallen out and was simply trying to get a clamp for the replacement tube. Instead of assistance- I was met with yelling, rudeness, and complete unwillingness to help while my client sat waiting. Compassion and professionalism should be the bare minimum in healthcare. I thought we were all aware of that. Yet Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Once the doctor came around she simmered way down but the moment the doctor went back she went straight back to lacking professionalism. Today’s indecent was unacceptable.

First I went for initial visit with Tracy Cox. We went over symptoms. She used the word cancer five times. This was upsetting to say the least. It think it’s totally wrong for her to diagnose me. Second. On day I was getting my procedures, I was given an IV. I had abnormal pain at the injection site. I tried several times to tell them that the pain was intense. But was totally ignored every time. I get monthly infusions for 2 years now. I only get mild pain when the needle goes in. And no pain after that. I will not be returning to Bitterroot Health. Also it’s been 15 days and I have not gotten my test results from biopsies done during my procedure. Pat Griffin

Tracey Cox, NP is one of the best providers I have ever worked with. She really takes the time to talk and understand your issues, and is an absolute joy to see. I struggled with issues for years that other GI doctors dismissed, but she found the root of my problem almost immediately. I have recommended her to multiple friends, and can not say enough good things.

Cox don't have experience people health. Still problem with my heath. But the person who work in MRI asked do I have gallbladder? I asked her I never heard of my gallbladder problem. I told cox what technology told me. Cox sent me to altersound scanner. Gallbladder was no good need removed. Cox not knowing Gallbladder during my crhon disease and ucler was swallowed for long time but got worse. Anyway I thanks to mri technology lady who save my life. Not cox. Yeah make sure check your Gallbladder before cox knows nothing.
