Went in on an emergency situation with my heart. The staff was great and very quick and thorough. They recommended I go to Missoula by ambulance which I did. Very pleased with them. Unfortunately, I received a text less than 5 miles into the ambulance ride from your marketing dept wanting me to take a survey on the performance of the Urgent Care Center I had just left. That is usually a time reserved for family contact trying to find out where they are taking me, as well as being administered nitro pills for my heart. I don’t believe there was a marketing meeting that night that desperately needed my opinion. Your team and facility performed well. Your ambulance service performed well. My first experience at Bitterroot.Health was excellent! From the check in procedure with Kathy, to the end of the appointment was so well organized and efficient. Dr Anderson was professional, listened well, and was very kind. He organized my concerns, ordered needed tests and explained everything precisely and clearly. I was extremely impressed by Dr Anderson. Nola, a medical assistant, was amazing in how efficient she was and how well she recorded my answers to health questions. Sarah, a phlebotomist did the best blood draw I’ve ever had - amazing! John did my x-rays and was very friendly and professional. Horrible experiences every time that I have gone in. PA’s need a lesson about Patient interaction. They always give me the feeling that I am being sized up or judged. I spent 25 yrs in emergency Healthcare at the highest levels. This is not how to deal with people. Long waits and miserable staff. So different from the care given at Bitterroot Health in Hamilton. I would much rather drive to Hamilton for tests such as blood work etc. I get a feeling of total incompetence from all their personnel. Update. Another bad experience. I went to have blood drawn. The nurse blew the stick , fished a bit and left me with a beautiful Hematoma. I have given 100’s of IV’s. Never fish. I will state some veins are harder than others. Not mine. Just finished my annual wellness visit with Dr. Metcalf. Can't say enough how much I appreciate her as my primary care provider. She is very thorough, caring and spends time with you as a patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone. In addition, the entire BRH Stevensville staff is excellent. From checking in, to the nurses and lab staff - A++ experience. Very professional and personable. We are very fortunate to have this clinic in our community. Thank You!

It's a lovely building and everyone there was nice and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience there when I was getting a CT scan done.
