Bitesize Pediatric Dentistry - Williamsburg

Took my 3 year old to Bite Size for her first dental visit. Such an amazing experience from the moment we walked in all staff were friendly, they were on time and are so patient when interacting with little ones. Our hygienist Kew explained everything she was doing and took the time to make sure our daughter was comfortable throughout the visit. Kids shows, fun sun glasses and books were a plus! My daughter also loved her little goodie bag and monster balloon! Overall 10/10 experience, we will be continuing dental care at bite size and looking forward to our next visit!

We took our daughter here for her first dental appointment and the staff did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and welcomed. Everything was super clean, there was zero wait and we truly felt like all the staff went above and beyond to make the parents and patient feel at ease. They took the time to answer all of our questions, we didn’t feel rushed at all and they made our daughter leave with the biggest smile. We had Dr. Omer who was 10/10 - we highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

This was a great experience! My son (2yr) is pretty anxious and does not do well at the doctor or even getting his hair cut, but he did so much better at the dentist than I could have imagined. The team was kind, understanding, and super quick! Felt like they truly did understand what it meant to deal with a child as young as my son. Highly recommend!

My two kids have been going to bite size since they’ve had any teeth and we’ve only ever had a lovely experience. They are all friendly and great with the kids, they do have Netflix per seat so the kids are occupied (if you’re ok with that) and also give a balloon and vending toy at the end. We’ve always been super happy work them!

I’ve been a patient at Bite Size for quite some time, but I will no longer be returning. I was informed today that treatment procedures are only scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. I find this extremely unreasonable, especially considering the office is open until 6:00 p.m. Restricting procedures to school hours makes it very difficult for working parents. It requires me to pull my child out of school and leave work for something as routine as a cavity filling. That simply isn’t practical. Additionally, when I expressed that this policy was not acceptable, Kathy hung up on me. That level of customer service is disappointing and unprofessional. I will be seeking a dental office that better accommodates working families and communicates more respectfully with patients.
