I recently went to the beautiful office space of BITE for my 6th month cleaning and check-up. My hygienist was amazing! She worked quickly and efficiently and complimented me on keeping my teeth and gums healthy. Dr Wagner was thorough in completing my dental visit. Everything went smoothly!

Excellence in customer service deserves to be recognized. When I was checking out after a cleaning, I asked Mary a question I had concerning my bill. She spent over one hour with me and my dental insurance plan representative to look into the issue and correct it. She was very patient with me and professional with the insurance company. She cleared up a problem that had been ongoing for over 4 months in an hour. Thank you Mary!

Had a great appointment today at BITE Dental Center, Annapolis with Leo, who did a very good job. He was very conscientious, courteous and considerate throughout and took time to demonstrate best practices for regular maintenance in flossing and brushing. Comfortable chair, too!
