Very disappointing service. I came in with my dog needing help with her anal glands, and they refused to take her in. I expected help and compassion, especially because my little dog was extremely uncomfortable and itching a lot. It’s something super quick, anal gland expression takes less than 10 minutes and they still refused to help her. I ended up going to GoodVets, who were also about to close, and they immediately took care of her with amazing customer service. It was my first time there and they were incredibly kind. Dr. Goldstein and Dr. Arana are cream of the crop. They provide highly individualized, specialty care and are very attentive when we visit. The team always follows up with calls and texts after procedures and they are incredibly responsive. The docs and techs are intentional about spending time with us and our babies to provide reassurance, encouragement and education each visit. We've never felt rushed or invalidated with any concerns we have had over the past two years. Vet techs and front desk team are super as well. We feel so supported and our golden girls (two totally weirdo gorgeous mutts) are staying healthy with the support of the team. My dad took all of his babies (tons of cats and a Chow) there my whole life before he passed. We won't go anywhere else. Ashley, Keanan, Florence

EDIT: "Like all medical professionals..." No, I don't think so. There should be someone answering the phone during business hours. Refusing to hire more vets to handle the influx of patients is also not a good business practice. If you're constantly making people wait even though they have appointments, then you're doing something wrong. Period. I stand by my review. ---- Tired of businesses acting like they deserve money for doing nothing. Every time I've been, despite having an appointment, I've been made to wait for long periods of time. My dog had an emergency and I called during their business hours. They had an automated message saying they were on lunch break. Seriously? Did every single person leave? All support staff excellent and all of the Vets (especially Dr. Spencer Goldstein) are incredibly competent and kind! Location of their offices is also fantastic. They make me and my dogs feel like we are their most important customer every time we are there. Recommend to everyone I know that needs their services!

Dr. Goldstein has been looking after my cat and my mother's animals for years and he is the BEST. I've been to other vets before, with previous animals, and none compare to Dr. Goldstein. He knows what he is talking about, very patient, kind and I trust him. His staff and technicians are also great. Highly recommend going to this practice.
