I've been taking my Golden Retriever here since he was a puppy. Ever since our first visit, I've been very pleased with this practice. Everyone in the office is pleasant to interact with and wonderful about patient education. I appreciate being given different options to choose from when it comes to treatment plans (when applicable). My dog is especially fond of Emily, and although he occasionally gets nervous in the office, he brightens up when he gets to see her. I would be happy to recommended this animal hospital to anyone.

Really enjoyed bringing my dog today for his 3 year-thimerosal-free rabies vaccine. And I think he enjoyed his visit too, with all the treats and pets :-) Very friendly and helpful staff both on the phone and in-person! Dr. Lisa was also great! She is very knowledgeable and gave useful recommendations that we will implement. I'd highly recommend Bird Rock and Dr. Lisa if you are looking for a more natural approach to your pet's health.

Emily is amazing, and she cares very much not only about our little furry friend, but also about us too! We have needed her and her awesome staff to come through for us on numerous occasions and they always step up to the plate and do whatever it takes! They've helped us with international travel a few times, which is very stressful for everyone, and they stay late and go above and beyond and it's just so nice that we can rely on them. I highly recommend you entrust Bird Rock Animal Hospital with your pet's health and wellbeing!

I had a very good experience. My cat needed treatment and they were able to get her in quickly. They were so attentive and informative. I learned so much for the brief time that I was there. My kitty is 3 and she's always had trouble keeping food down. I mentioned it to the vet, even though I was there for something different. She explained what was most likely causing the tummy issues, and then recommended different food for her. My cat hasn't thrown up in weeks and is so much happier. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this office! Everyone is absolutely incredible and takes the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Our old Vet had said our puppy needed a vulvaplasty due to frequent UTIs, discomfort and pain but to wait until after her spay surgery as the problem could fix itself(which it turns out is not true, it often gets worse!). I really didn’t want to put her through two painful surgeries and tried to push for it to be done all at once, the back and forth caused a lot of delays and I decided to get a second opinion with Bird Rock and I am so happy that I did! Not only were they able to do both surgeries at once, it turns out that by waiting the vulvaplasty ended being a lot more involved as her condition had worsened and tissue was almost c
