Option Care Health was okay when they first opened, but they quickly went downhill. Don’t expect to wait less than 20+ minutes (probably way more) every time you call. & don’t leave a message or a request for a call back - you won’t get it.

Called over a week ago asking if i could get medications filled there for bladder infusions; instead of informing me that they could NOT supply only the med, i was told i would get a call from intake. Call never happened and my time was severely waisted resulting in me not only missing my appt due to being under the pretense of waiting to hear back if they could fill my meds but finding out when i called myself (multiple times bc no one could pick up 🙄) that they not only dont supply only but that i wasnt even in their system! I love waisting my time and am so glad that their customer service really knows the services that their own company even offers!

Set up via cape regional hospital awful service. Nurse calls day before after already visiting location. Tells me i need to move patient's bed because 2 close to wall. Caregiver works with no problem & hospice nurse with 15yrs experience said what i did unacceptable. However bed was relocated to accommodate one person
