don't recommend the infusion facility in Newport News Virginia to anyone to go there. the nurse is so rude there, I had my infusion today and. nurse was so rude to me and disrespectful when I asked her a bout something she replied back with a very disrespectful way to me . also she make me feel that i am lying to her , try to explain to the nurse she shut me down . i will never go there anymore.I'd recommend this infusion center especially at is location to my worst enemy

If you need your treatment and you like a place that is RESPONSIBLE, DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC Also be careful, and make sure they know about your treatment. Because in my case they said I only had to go once, when the truth was that I needed 5 infusions, that my insurance approved weeks before they called me. Two weeks later, they just call me to said that they update the system and found out that YES, my treatment need to be 5 times. As I and my insurance previously said. Nurses can be nice, but the person that makes appointment are the worse, they cancel appointments whey you ARE ALREADY AT THE CLINIC, just because they are full, and them just ask to go back. Why not to call patients? And not make lose time. As they said, THINGS HAPPEN, really?? Happens every time and they don’t care.

DO NOT GO HERE! The locations are understaffed and scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. Three years ago things were much better. Today, for the fourth or fifth time this year, I was not on the schedule, my meds weren't on site, and I have to figure out who to call to get it straight. I understand understaffing can affect so much but when it leads to a patient being outside of their dose range and having to deal with unnecessary heath complications its beyond crossing the line. Go elsewhere. There's a one star only because there's no option to choose 0!

Everything about the Newport News BioScrip Infusion Services are great and staff the treatment and care that is given is wonderful. I know I myself may have to get treatments for life. And I'm happy I'm going here. Thank you!!!

Our first time being here for my son’s treatment. So super nice and personable, would definitely recommend coming here if you need to have an infusion!
