BioScrip Infusion Services

Our experience with Option Care has been very positive. We are pleased with their pharmacy services, communication, and response to quickly resolve the few minor issues we have experienced. Our primary pharmacist is knowledgeable and engaging. Traveling is important to us, but it can be difficult due to my husband's ongoing infusion needs. She collaborated with us to find nearby Option Care Pharmacy locations close to our final destination and obtained the necessary insurance authorization for the services. The infusion solutions and supplies were delivered directly to our location. We sincerely value the excellent service we consistently receive and strongly recommend Option Care Health for home infusion needs.

This is my very first experience with your company, and unfortunately it has been extremely disappointing. My son’s medication was scheduled to be delivered around 7:00 PM, as I was told. It is now hours later, and the medication still has not been received. As a result, my son has missed two doses of medication that is medically necessary. After waiting over five hours, I was informed that the driver marked the medication as delivered. However, it was delivered to the wrong address. The driver never called to confirm delivery. When I contacted the driver directly, I was told that the medication had been dropped off and that my doorbell was rung. I do not have a doorbell. I have been getting my infusion supplies from this company since early 2015. My orders were always filled with no problems, up until the middle of January 2023. My point of contact changed at least twice last year & I no longer know WHO it is now, and my doctor just put in a new order to start up service again. The problem is, I’ve always submitted the orders myself, since I do my own infusions, so I’m the only one who knows what I need. For almost 2 weeks now they have been promising to email me the contact information directly to their pharmacy (since my contacts keep changing). My doctor’s office has called so many times it’s ridiculous, with them always promising to email me the info. Unfortunately I have a disease and complications from that disease that i require all types of medical support. That said, I'm very blessed to have a medical team that includes people from BioScrip ( over 8 years and going strong). I refer to my medical team as "The dream team". My dream team includes my nurse, pharmacists, and the drivers that deliver my supplies. I see doctors and professionals in several different institutions and facilities that are up the and down the East Coast. Each program, doctor and nurses are so impressed with the care I receive. My care team is an extension of my family. They are there regardless of what time, day, or location. They provided my Rx that a nurse came to my house monthly to inject. My nurse was professional, on time (time scheduled usually within 15 minutes)
