Went in for a procedure where my doctor used their services. Of course they did their job for the doctor, but when it came time for the billing never received a bill. Then two months later received a phone call from them asking for my apartment number, because they never got that info. Was told I would receive a bill in the mail shortly. I waited and forgot. Now two months more (4 total), they have sent this bill to collections and yet I have never seen a bill from them. My advice; if your doctor uses their service, be sure to keep an eye on your insurance statements and give them a call and avoid the problems. They seem to not have time to follow through.
