i have ordered a product months ago. it never arrived. i sent numerous emails and messages on other platforms, but the seller never answered. i ordered in june, its november, i would appreciate some assistance from a live staff member and not the automated response.

the price of the item I needed was less than 1/3 of the price of my local supply store...even after the shipping, it was still less than 1/2. because i wasn't paying attention, I ordered the wrong item. an RA# was assigned immediately before I could even get done ordering the correct item. minutes after I got the new order placed, the new order had shipped. these people are really on top of their stuff. I highly recommend this company.

This was the only place I could find a child's boot for my five year old who sprained his ankle. The emergency room did not even have one! The employees were very friendly and patient with me coming in with two small children. Their prices were very comparable to other online stores but I could pick up the same day. Will definitely use this company again. They are a lifesaver and my son is able to hobble around on his own now.
