I always think that a review should objectively display info about business, and here is mine -- my lab closed, so a local representative from Biogenic Dental lab. made a comment for me to try them out. After sending 5 cases, and talking to Jeff, he decided to refund the money because -- they cannot match the shade A3.5 and always do A2, they discard the Wax Rims and all the markings, and high number of try-ins. You decide on your own if that level if incompetency should be the case in the industry !
