I recently had the pleasure of meeting with the Bio Behavioral Health team in Toms River, and I was truly impressed by the work they are doing. I’m pretty annoyed that I drove an hour to do an extended interview only to be told that a condition I disclosed UP FRONT was disqualifying. One of the people there even tried to convince me that maybe I DIDN’T in fact have the condition after all, which felt wildly inappropriate to me. I have serious mental health conditions, I don’t need to be messed around with.

Dr. Patel and his staff are incredible. I've been working with them for several years and they have impacted my life tremendously. They really care. They're doing amazing things and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for everything.

Made an appointment for my daughter found out she was so upset about wanting a female call back just couple hours later I could see the next day but but. She Said were gonna try to get back My deposit Tried to get them for two days didn't even know they were closed on friday Had to call them back today then comes to find outhough pretty snarky She was.an that there were closed Friday which was my daughters appointment. I said how can my daughter have an appointment on Friday if you're close? she said that the doctor made an exception Really, how convenient. to be open on friday and didn't even tell me needless to say they will not give back my hundred dollar deposit They said it would go towards. The initial evaluation..very unprofessional.

DONOT go here they DONOT care about the patients care or well being. Your just a guinea pig and they take advantage of you. They Dont guarantee you payment. jessica at the office especially has an attitude and is unprofessional. DONT trust Dr Patel
