She’s knowledgeable but has no compassion to the patient. Was asking her more details about my health condition and she rudely responded to me while standing by the door “Do you want me to elaborate to you again?” Will never come back to her again and will Never Recommended her to any of my colleagues at all!!!! Never had any issue with Cigna or Aetna doctors for over a decades with them. It just happened that that I’ve a full time job so my husband has to drop me off from his insurance. Sadly this the only insurance my job is offering. Hoping that there’s more physicians of Kaiser that aren’t like her!
