Binghamton Dental & Denture Clinic

They scheduled a procedure without my knowledge when I thought I was going for a cleaning. When they called to confirm "my appointment" I expressed that I never agreed to this, and the lady got snippety then hung up on me! Very unprofessional. Also seems like a money grab to me! Do not recommend.

Me and my wife started going here 4 years ago , the staff was good the dentist was good, ever since then the staff and dentist has changed twice and now it is horrible, the dentist pulled a tooth that I later found out was not necessary , also my wife had a cavity filled that fell out in 6 months and caused her to get a root canal and since we get our cleanings every 6 months, the current dentist told my wife she had zero cavities at our last visit . We decided to get a second opinion and she has 6 cavities. We have been requesting that Binghamton dental transfer our records to our new dentist for over 3 weeks on top of that we have called them over 6 times and still have not received them. In my opinion the owner has made some very bad decisions.i would recommend that you find a different

I loved this place when the original doctor was there. He was so nice and kind. I can't remember his name, but he retired. And I had to go back to get a crown. The dentist that did It came in the room, didn't acknowledge me, didn't introduce himself. Same with his assistant. I had to ask them who they were. He started working on me and he was ripping my cheek on the one side so roughly and hard. He ended up splitting the corner of my mouth. I told him he was hurting me. He told me it was because I was pulling away. I told him I was pulling away because he was hurting me and I had a drill in my mouth, and I couldn't tell him to stop. He was also pushing his fist against the side of my face while working. Literal HORRIABLE experience. I have to go back to get my permanent crown but I will

This place is so bad that I don’t even want to give it 1 star. Previous staff were very professional and kind. This new group of people are obnoxious and rather rude. The dental hygienist was rough and not gentle at all. I Cancelled all future appointments. If you like obnoxious rude and unprofessional treatment… this is the place for you.

The worst dental clinic I have ever seen, never ever go there. They canceled my appointment 3 times, and on the fourth one they informed me while I was on the way and canceled it again. The staff are extremely rude, I definitely do not recommend it.
