Biloxi OBGYN Clinic PA

I had an appointment today at 9:15. When I got here, it said that they were closed for a computer installation. I received no call before hand, no email, nothing. I had to drive 2 hours to have this appointment and scheduled off work today, and no one has been answering my countless calls. I am so angry.

I have been coming here since I was 15 and Dr. Jones was amazing. He moved and I haven’t had a good experience since then! I thought I’d try again and see the new female doctor, Dr. Wheeler. She was just awful. As soon as she got in the room, she was in SUCH a rush. She was so desensitized and couldn’t care about anything I was going through. Not once did she try to explain ANYTHING to me, just made me feel like I was crazy. Very rude and had the personality of a piece of bread. I was BAFFLED by how awful this experience was with her. I think they had a chip on their shoulder because I wanted to try a new doctor but that does NOT give them the right to treat me the way they did. I am just disgusted by the way they acted towards me. I have been a loyal patient for 16 years. I will NOT step

This place used to be great. Then the doctors started consistently changing. I’m trying to stick by this clinic, however, even scheduling an appointment is a headache. Half the time they answer the phone without speaking and place you directly on hold. They never return to answer your call. When the call comes back to the queue they place you right back on hold. Or if they answer the phone they place you on hold and do the same thing. I have been calling for weeks trying to schedule my daughter an appointment before she heads off to college. This is absolutely upsetting and ridiculous.

They were wonderful to me throughout my pregnancy and addressed any concerns I ever had. Even in my postpartum period, they've been amazing help and making sure my medicine isn't messed up by the birth control.

Dr. Goodfellow and his nurse Dottie have made me feel at ease during my visits. The check-in and check-out staff are professional and courteous. They are all a blessing to our community. Thank you Dr. Goodfellow, Ms. Dottie, and everyone else in your office for caring and for all that you do! I fully appreciate it!
