Customer Reviews
They take pretty good care of my father in law. He plays a lot of bingo and does karaoke there.
The clinic has first-class facilities, a highly trained multidisciplinary team, and a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation. I am very satisfied with the results obtained.
MY REVIEW KEEPS GETTING TAKEN DOWN BY THIS FACILITY -I work for the Billings Gazette and deliver a newspaper to this facility nightly for one of the residents. This morning as I was pulling away from the facility I was waved down by an elderly man sitting on a bench yelling "Help,Help!!!" I stopped my car and was asked for assistance by the elderly man. His name was B**** W***** stuck sitting on the bench, unable to lift himself off. I tried to assist him off of the bench but was not strong enough to do so myself. I then went to the front door and rang the "ring doorbell" to ask the nurses inside for assistance. I could see the nurses station clearly and there were 3 nurses visible. They reluctantly approached the door. One nurse had red or pink dyed hair and lash extensions, the other n
I have been searching for a place to admit my dad, who has Alzheimer’s. I was working with Jorissa, she is the nicest person. She worked hard to get my dad accepted. We thought we had everything ready to go, but the business office women (I will not name her) was very rude! She said that I didn’t even apply to Medicaid and wasn’t going to allow my dad in the building! I called Medicaid office and they explained the screening determination letter to me! Yes, his Medicare will convert to Medicaid the day he has a bed! Jorissa, you kindness and willingness to help others is outstanding, I think you should find a new place of employment, cause working with the women in the business office is going to be a down fall for you.
I dropped a WWII veteran off for two weeks respite. I checked in 7 times including departure day. 5 out of 7 days her needed oxygen wasn’t on. Empty bottle , dial on 0 once and note proper connection . The veteran lost ability to use walker independently, eat or use bathroom independently. She can barely still talk. All of her new clothing was gone too. The smell on the wards tells all you need to know. A dining room with many needing help eating without appropriate help. Bathrooms are filthy.
