Billings Clinic Atrium Pharmacy

Sometimes the line is slow, or thres only one person at the window, I've never had any problems with the Atrium pharmacy.. and they're open pretty late, I like that! friendly workers!

This pharmacy has poor communication so don't expect to be contacted or notified by them about your prescription. Our recent interaction with this pharmacy highlighted a safety issue due to their negligence to communicate. Our experience is detailed below: Our son had an ER visit at Billings Clinic and the Dr prescribed him antibiotics because he was at risk of a bone infection. We went to the Atrium Pharmacy and talked with them in-person. They said his antibiotics would be ready in about 45 minutes and that we would receive a text message to notify us. 24 hours later we still hadn't received a text message so we went back to the Atrium Pharmacy. This time they said they were out of stock for the specific antibiotic my son needed. They told us we needed to call a different pharmacy to tr

Super convenient, can be busy at times. Easy to refill through automated phone line. They are open till midnight, so I like to go after like 7 or 8 at night so there's no line.

The Billings Clinic Atrium pharmacy has always been good to me and taken care of my needs. This, I appreciate, and their professionalism. I believe the staff works at times short-handed, but they remain steadfast and always show a spirit of willingness to help and better a situation if needed, and of course their main goal is to get your prescription across the counter and into your hands!
