I spent almost 3hr waiting to see Dr Blue today April 27,2015. After not being called to see Dr. Blue I asked the receptionist if I had been forgotten, a nurse responded it would be soon! After this response I decided to ask for my records and find another Dr. that cares about his patient rather than the almighty Dollar! No one should have to wait for 3hrs to see any Doctor! But I understand this is every day common with Dr. Blue! This just goes to show you that they are more interested in booking appointments rather than servicing and taking care of the individual! It was almost like the nurse was happy that I left the office without seeing him so she would not have to spend her time on me!! I urge everyone that may be planning a procedure with the Blue Laser Group to do your homework and

I had LASIK done with Dr. Blue just over a year ago. It was a wonderful experience - Dr. Blue is thorough, the staff is very friendly, and it is a warm inviting atmosphere. Just a few months ago, I called Dr. Blue's office because I had loss of vision in one eye. Even though they were certain it was neurological, they worked me in within an hour of me calling. He ran tests to confirm there was nothing wrong with my vision (which there wasn't) and referred me to a neurologist. Again, the BEST staff ever and I just love Dr. Blue!

Dr. Blue is a brilliant doctor. My mother went to him yesterday to have her eyes checked for a problem she had with pressure build up in one eye. She was in the office for a total of 3.5 hrs. This is fine with me because I am happy that Dr. Blue has time to see her at all. Being a leader in his field he has many patience as you would expect from an expert. He has been our family doctor for many years and he has never sent us home feeling uncared for or not properly treated. So what if you have to wait....when that wait could save your eye sight I feel certain you will feel like it was worth every second!

I had my vision corrected a couple years back by Dr. Blue and it was the best decision I have ever made. I was approaching the point of being legally blind and by doing the surgery I ended up with 20/20 vision. Years later my vision is still perfect. I never knew how much of life was affected by having to wear glasses. I'm glad I went to Dr. Blue.
