This place has treated me better than the other local pharmacies. That being said I was recently sick and it took them 2 days to get my medication for it. This caused my illness to be much worse and last longer than it would have. This is the third time in a year I've had to wait longer than 24 hours for medication. Probably about the 8th time in the three years I've been using them. So I think Big Y Pharmacy needs to expand what they keep in stock because they seem to be out of stuff too much.
Excellent care and service!!! My son was sick and went to the ER. The prescriptions were sent here. Even though his insurance was not accepted because it was out of state the pharmacist worked with us to get him a discounted price for the prescriptions. The prescriptions were ready very fast from the time they opened. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind!!!
World Class customer service! I switched over from CVS and it’s been the best thing I could have done. They are friendly, prompt and easy to work with.
