I cannot say enough good things about Big Smile Dentistry. They went above and beyond to fit me in during a dental emergency, and from the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. Dr. Akel was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Laurie was amazing—so kind, calming, and attentive, which made such a stressful situation much easier. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and truly supportive. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Big Smile Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental office that genuinely puts patients first.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Big Smile Dental is horrible, and honestly should be shut down, because this is not how a real dental office operates. Before I even came in, I called ahead and explained everything to the receptionist in full detail. I told them I was in severe pain, dealing with a painful toothache, and needed an upper third molar (wisdom tooth) extraction. I even used dental terminology and explained that the tooth was distal, so there was no confusion. Knowing all of this, they still told me to come in. I only went because they were one of the only dental offices open on a Saturday, and I was desperate for relief. Once I arrived, they had me come in just to charge me $95 for absolutely no real reason. They did not explain what was wrong with my tooth, did

I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. I've managed to get in to be seen within a timely manner. I had an amazing experience this past week. My Doctor was patient and kind and everyone that worked along side him. They handle me with such care. I truly recommend this dentist office, they are very professional, and the results of my teeth are phenomenal. I’ve gotten so many compliments and I’ve recommended so many new patients because of this thank you again, Dr. T, Laurie and Donna.

From day 1 the entire staff from the front desk are awesome with me. My Dr is Awesome! And the other Dr as well. I 💜they treat me n plus they have a sense of humor that I love. 😍 They are so gentle with my care. I ❤️the blankets when ur a little cold. And they take my blood pressure before they start my dental work! In my case WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I even recommended to my family n dear friends n THEY LOVE THEM AS WELL! THEY DO PUT A "BIG SMILE" ON MY FACE! 😆😁🫶👌👍🥰😍
