The service here is excellent. They are always ready to help. I have had many questions answered and feel like I’m always being taken care of. They have everything you need for pharmaceutical, daily needs, general goods and more. I have been coming here for a long time and highly recommend.

Extremely frustrating experience. I paid with the only $20 bill at the discount store , but the cashier recorded $10 and when I pointed it out, they did nothing except show me the receipt. Completely unacceptable customer service Be careful when paying cash here. Thank you for your response. I am confident I paid with a $20 bill. I appreciate your willingness to review the footage, but I am mainly sharing my experience so other customers are aware.

Used them in the past but had a bad experience where they were uncommunicative for days and didn’t tell me when their driver was coming by, so I wasn’t able to pick up and decided to stop using them going forward. Recently my doctor accidentally sent an Rx to them and they charged my card for it without speaking with me or confirming at all. Effectively stole about $100 from me. If you’re considering using this pharmacy, I highly recommend choosing somewhere else.

This is by far the best pharmacy!!! The care and follow up is amazing!!! I’ve saved so much money by using Big Six!! The staff is always fast to respond and I love that you can request renewals through text. With other pharmacies I’ve dealt with it was always a hassle and constant back and forth. So convenient with great quality service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Spoke with a guy on the phone about my prescription who was INCREDIBLY rude. If you are having a bad day, please do not take it out on innocent customers. Who works the shift on Tuesday afternoons? I would like to find out who he is.
