I trust that my pet receives the best possible care from Dr. Traci and all other staff. My questions are always answered and there is never any high pressure sales for unnecessary treatment, only care and compassion. I know if Dr. Traci recommends something it’s only because it’s necessary for my pet’s overall well being, not to boost a bottom line. That trust is priceless and I’m very grateful!

Today 9-15-25 I have different opinion…. I paid 55$ a month for pet insurance , the first time they cut my kitties nails and they don’t charge me anything…. Today I mention that he need cut he’s nails again and they did…. When I was doing check out the front desk girl tell me that I have to paid for he’s nail cut…. And the other girl NEVER ADVISED ME THAT I HAVE TI PAID😡😡😡…. So, I paid 27$ beside the 55$ for the insurance that I don’t use every month…. Very disappointed Her obligation is let me know before doing it and I decide if I can effort…. Very disappointed!!! After 5 🌠 now I give them 3🌠 Great experience !!! Steer clear of this clinic; they don't take your dogs seriously and neglect their care! My dog was throwing up and not eating, and Dr. Holder thought it might be Addison's disease, suggesting an ACTH test but saying it wasn't urgent. We waited until he was in critical condition and ended up in the ER, costing us 5 grand! We needed a follow-up after discharge and booked an appointment a week in advance for tomorrow. Today, they told me Dr. Holder would be sick tomorrow, which is so frustrating because we've had this appointment for a week, and my dog needs to adjust his meds and injections! They clearly don't care about my dog's serious condition! So, we're not going back, and we're warning all of you not to go to this clinic!

Terrible!!! Very unorganized, made special arrangements to get to my appointment today that they somehow cancelled. Moved here last year and found this place for the convenience to home, but honestly was never a fan of the one vet here. She really has no personality…No warm and fuzzy feeling here. Sorry, just my honest opinion. Glad they screwed up my appointment after all, because that finalized my desire to find a new place.
