Dr Burnett was unable to identify a VERY LARGE DEEP CAVITY. Receptionist gave me a hard time about getting paperwork for the endodontist I was referred to.

I really cannot understand what the other people's posts said. Having been to this office and seen the way, The office staff, the medical staff, from taking x-rays and doing cleanings and the dentist work too. Everybody was pleasant and so professional. There was even a special needs fellow there who was treated awesomely. As you can see I have given a lot of reviews, and this place is great...

Very unprofessional doctor, my mother went to see Dr. Burnett and all he did was insult her and not providing proper service. As his profession, he supposed to suggest and recommend for healthier smile and instead he judge her based on her nationality and assume she can't afford dental work. So, he told her to just wait until her teeth fall out because according to him she looks like she can't afford to get her teeth fixed. SOO DISGUSTED!! Will not be going back to that office.

They saw me exactly on time & the staff were delightful!. Kissana was the most professional & gentle dental assistant/tech that I've ever seen & the doctor was also gentle and communicated well with me. Going back for fillings in 8 weeks....
