I am very glad that I had my MRI done here. The staff was professional, kind, and accommodating. The technician made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly. I also appreciated that they offer an open MRI option, which was perfect for anyone who feels claustrophobic. Overall, I’m very happy I chose this facility and would highly recommend it to others!

Today I went to Better Medical on Ocean Ave for an MRI with and without contrast. I have an allergy to iodine and this facility was able to give me a non iodine contrast. The technician, Alec, was phenomenal and very accommodating so that I would be comfortable. I did bring a sleep/eye mask so I would not have to see anything. The machine was truly an open MRI with open sides. I had been so anxious and nervous before the test. With Alec's assistance i managed to through the test. As I have been having severe pain I needed to find out why. I will definitely return to Better Medical when I need to have any further diagnostic radiation tests.

The level of professionalism, kindness and genuine care for the well-being of patients is truly one of a kind. Other medical centers make you wait endlessly for insurance approval; however Bella, at better medical was able to gain approval for my medical imaging within minutes!! I cannot express how helpful and caring Bella was to me. She even referred me to the best surgeon when I asked her for recommendations. This is the place to go to for immediate results and a seamless experience. Highly recommend this place to everyone seeking the type of compassionate care they deserve!

I highly suggest that you go here should you be willing to wait 2 weeks to receive your MRI results. If you enjoy calling and speaking to a dry receptionist who perpetrates falsehoods about submitting results to your primary, go ahead and give this place a go! Thanks for preventing further treatment for your patients by acting with no sense of urgency. I suspect baboons could facilitate a more pleasant experience than those who are employed here.

Amazing staff. Kind, generous and caring. Maybe I got them on a good day. Not every business is perfect but I was definitely treated well.
