Better Hearing Aids Center

Most welcoming and accommodating office I've been in. Summer is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the loss of hearing and the process to getting better hearing aids!

A few months back I purchased my Resound hearing aids at Better Hearing Aid Center in South Ogden. A few weeks back my dog chewed them up. I took them back in to see about a replacement/repair and they sent them in to get an estimate for repair and within a week I had my hearing aids back with no charge. This was very awesome news for me and they deserve a five star Rating. Every time I have gone in they have been able to help me and have given me free earbuds and other small accessories like that. A phone call or a text to Summer she always replies quickly and gets you back on track and can even do some adjusting to the hearing aids from her computer which is awesome.

I have always enjoyed better hearing aid center there employees have always treated my family wonderfully! There hearing have been helping my family hear fpr years. We have bpught several hearing aids for them and if they need them to they do house calls to clean and fix the hearing aids. The staff is really knowledgeable and very helpful with and questions or concerns.

I had a wonderful experience with this company the whole staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have went to my clients home and fixed hearing aides and cleaned them for my clients along with giving education. The hearing aids they have supplied some of my clients with have been very nice and my clients love them.

My mother went in to just get her hearing tested. Don't go in they get the paperwork started then tell you the price and when she said that was too much money she couldn't afford it she was told that they had just ordered them and had signed a contract . I think this company is preying on the elderly and the lady just denied everything. If I could gI've it no stars I would.
