Bethlehem South Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation

If i could give 0 stars i would. These are the conditions i find my grandmothers room in. The RN & the “doctor” who work for the dementia unit are an absolute JOKE! They had my grandmother crying in pain and vomiting for HOURS! The “doctor” who was laidback on her recliner at home and appeared virtually was rude and didn’t take anything serious until i was present and said i wanted her taken to the hospital. Not to mention, my grandmother is a fall risk, very fragile. There was a tiny trash bin on the floor for her to have to lean over the bed to vomit in…. Seriously???? She was asking for water, clearly dehydrated and all she had was a cup of hot water next to her. She was SHAKING, freezing! Not once did they offer another blanket. they LOST her quilt she was given. Her clothes is ALW

The physical therapy here is excellent i would recommend any one come here for the therapy department the occupational therapist are great to. The food is good the linen is always nice and fresh, the place is always clean mary is a wonderful housekeeper. The nursing department dose a great job caring for the residents, and the last class of aids were really nice and I really enjoy my room mate!

I had a great experience. They helped me get better and they really worked hard to get me there. The therapy was great and the nurses helped me quickly with whatever I needed. The people are nice. The place is very clean and the housekeeping department does a good job.

Bethlehem south was nothing but positive and supportive of my father. They made a scary situation into a positive one. They were with me every step of the way, and were accessible 24/7. The nurses were phenomenal, as was the admissions staff, Kaitlin in particular, and Joe, the man in charge…… Incredible people. It’s a rehab, and a nursing home, the situation itself is not perfect, , but the people that work there made it more than perfect. I felt like my father was safe, and he made friends along the way….. in fact as we were leaving he told everyone working how much he was going to miss them. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Bethlehem South for making us feel so welcome!, and making this not so fun situation a positive experience. We will miss you!

Bethlehem South is a fantastic place. The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. My Nurse Lisa was awesome and all of the CNA were great. The Physical and Occupational Therapists are a. Awesome group of people their care and support gave me more than I expected to help me get better!
