My daughters are both patients here, today my eldest had to get a filling and I just had to give them the best review possible. My daughter was very nervous and even began tearing up once she got in the chair and Dr. Jessica Guy was the most empathetic, patient and kind individual while also being informative to both my child and I. She even sang a little song while working on the tooth at one point. My daughter didn't cry anymore, she was calm and the dentist was attentive to her every need, I truly cannot thank them enough. She talked my daughter through the entire procedure and really knew how to calm a child while also distracting them. The dental assistant Ashley, who was more than a dental assistant (but I can't remember her exact title) was incredible as well, I couldn't have asked

I would give a zero if I could. I took my kids there a few years back and decided to go back and that was a mistake. The lobby/waiting room area was filthy. I told the girl sorry I'll take my son to another dentist

I’ve never dealt with such a rude and nasty pediatric dentist in my life until I crossed paths with DR MARCELA. She was extremely rough with my child and when I went to comfort my daughter she was extremely rude and nasty. Called and complained and to my knowledge I’m not the only parent who have dealt with this type of behavior from her. She should not be working in this field. Due to the way we was treated we did not attend none of the future appointments.

We have been going to them for quite a few years. Their front desk is getting from cold to rude and rudest. Their service is very very fast. When routine checkup is due to schedule, they will send you a text message. But when you call to schedule, they do not pick up nor do they return your calls. So I ended up calling every other day just to schedule a routine appointment. Their explanation about returning the phone call by their office manger Cathy was:” We are really busy. And a lot of people speak with accents and we could not make out what they are saying.” Wow! All their dentists speak with accents. I hope she understands what they are saying. We are leaving this practice as soon as today.

There has been a couple of miscommunications with this practice that has caused me to miss time at work. I am a single mother and I have limited personal time. The first mistake: My son was seen in May for a cleaning and the dental hygienist only checked the front teeth where he had a silver treatment for his cavities. I was called 3 -4 times that day asking if I could bring my son back in, but I could not as I had to drop him at daycare and then return to work. I was understanding and did not give them attitude whatsoever - things happen. I used some more personal time to bring him in to be seen by a different doctor who performed a complete exam and she was thorough. The second mistake: This Monday, I arrived for my son's appointment to have sedated crowns placed on his front teeth. He
