Bethlehem North Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Before I came here I wasn't doing very well with therapy but since I came here I've been making alot of progress the therapy department is truly amazing they make feel so good and work with you to reach your goals. The patient care is excellent from the nurses to the CNA their wonderful everyone is so caring. The food is pretty good the kitchen really trys hard to accommodate you, and its very how administration comes around and social services really works hard for you!

The therapy department here is excellent they bring me up and down every day for OT and PT and they really work hard with you to reach your goals. The nurses go above and beyond they are here when ever I need them and the aids are very kind they truly care for the residents here. The Dietary department dose a great job, and my rooms are really clean!

The therapy department is excellent they really work with you to reach your goals and have a lot patience. The kitchen has really improved and they really try hard to accommodate the residents. CNA truly care for resident. And I really like the ambassador program it really helps things get done!

I spent 3 months in a different rehab and I did didn't progress quick enough for the insurance to allow me to complete my PT work, Christmas day they informed me my insurance was no longer effective December 26th the day of the ice storm I fell and admitted myself to Muhlenberg hospital and now I find myself at Bethlehem north rehab my time here all though short a well run rehab is very much appreciated. I find that both the room accommodation and food service are both excellent!

Wouldn't Recommend - On behalf of my father's rehab stay: This facility is somewhat of a disappointment. The two positives noted were the physical therapy staff and food. That said, the building and rooms are extremely dated to the point that everything appears rundown. Further, there is limited accountability for either the staff or patients. My father failed to receive his medication multiple times and was subject to theft from this roommate with dementia. This location was bad enough that I was forced to move my father to another site.
