My husband and I both saw Dr. Alexander this week because my husband was experiencing difficulties hearing, and this is the first time he had seen an audiologist. We were very impressed with Dr. Alexander, who explained everything step by step. Dr. Alexander projected my husband's audiogram onto a screen so we could all easily see the results and discuss them. He then played an audio example for me of what my husband's hearing loss sounded like as compared to standard hearing so that I could better understand the degree of my husband's hearing loss. Most importantly, Dr. Alexander did not rush us, which was refreshing. Most practitioners rush you through but he took his time and answered our many questions. He is friendly and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend his practice to ever
