the short: long wait times poor communications overscheduling people on PURPOSE no transparency on length of schedule visits usually only one doctor working there This is maybe just me put I feel that the doctors not very good at trying to get to know the patients. I have no connection with this doctors and I wont be returning. I just wanted to also share this experience: The doctors are okay but the customer service is one star. I was schedule for a followup to which I missed the phone called. They should schedule those in clinic after your check up to not mess up your schedule. When they did the confirmation called day before visit I informed them of my concern. I thought we where on the same page about the time of my appoint and this is the kicker. you see the secretary called to co

I Just Want to say this is a great clinic, I had been visiting these doctor for years and I have no complaints at all!

Very poor costumer service. Miscommunications. Very hard to be on time with schedules and results.
