First of all... Bethany Sumner was fantastic. Knew what was wrong.. ordered all tests to diagnose my injury and called me right away when MRI results came in. Very friendly and knowledgeable. BUT THE STAFF AND MANAGER?.... I was told to get MRI of wrist. I told Bethany I will go to Zwanger and I will have Zwanger do prior auth for me. She seemed surprised Zwanger would do it but I have dealt with Zwanger many times and they get all prior auths immediately. Front staff told me "no"... they would do it. I held my ground and POLITELY told them I preferred Zwanger do it and that Bethany was on board. Well, the secretary stormed out to the manager furious that Bethany agreed to this. She said to me "you know that they will need office notes?"... To which I replied "yes... I know.... Yo

Great experience, the entire staff was lovely and helpful. The office decor is fun and comfortable. I was seen for a same day emergency appointment and was very grateful for the help.. Dr. Sumner was patient and put me me at ease. THANK YOU!
