They rescheduled my original PCP appointment to 9am today with an NP. I drove an hour in the rain and morning traffic to get here at 9:11am. The front desk lady was talking and checking with the doctor and said they would have to reschedule me since I arrived late at 9:13am. I corrected her with 9:11, and she replied “it’s the same, by the time I check you in, it will be 9:15!”. They must have too many patients that they just don’t care. I’ve been coming here yearly for my physical in past 10yrs. It’s time to look for a new place.

Absolutely unacceptable. They cancelled the appointment and only notified me via the patient portal. I got a regular email confirmation that confirmed the appointment - so if there was a change or cancellation, the m same method should have been used. Wastes a day off on this. The other reviews are right, this staff is incompetent and RUDE. Just said sorry and said that’s how it is and I would need to reschedule. Trust me and stay away and find another healthcare provider. Eliza Henley, your office must do better.

I’ve been going to this location for the last 2 years. I feel the need to leave a review now after reading some pretty bad ones. I’m glad I chose this location to seek medical attention when I needed. The doctors are great! I’ve been seen by 3 and all have been knowledgeable, sweet, attentive, and most importantly diagnosed accurately & treated accordingly. I’ve also seen a nurse practitioner & she also did a great job. Front staff have always been courteous with me. I’ve called last minute to book an appointment a few times and they’ve always managed to squeeze me in the same day. When I call with questions they usually address all concerns, if not they get back to me quickly if they have to ask a doctor. Wait times, never waited more than 5 min. Highly recommend Beth Israel Waltham!

The nurses & medical staff were warm & kind but the woman working the front desk was so very rude. The records & organization seem really all over the place too. I just started going for primary care because my insurance changed but think I may switch because of the terrible front desk woman.

You know I really really wanted to like this Clinic. I really did. Doctors are good. But the office staff come off as cold, kind of rude, and not very understanding. I have a bit of a fear going to the doctor and the staff when dealing with them made it much worse. To the point where going there was getting to much. Just calling there was super stressful. Add to that the bad location and traffic. Plus the fact that they cancel your appointment if you are just a few moments late and the waiting room is empty... just too much stress to keep going there. Again doctors are good there but their staff need to think about how they treat their patients.
