Run!!! They don't care about patients they only care about charging your insurance. They would not send a prescription unless you have a appointment even if you are relying on that med (blood pressure med) so if something happens between now and then they don't care. In the process of finding somewhere new.

This practice killed my mother. My mother was complaining of back pain for a year. Without running proper tests, she was treated for UTI and kidney stones. When that didn't work, she was told to see a psychiatrist about her pain. A short time later, she fell and went to an orthopedic doctor who did a simple X-ray and discovered she had spinal cancer. We lost her today after 1 1/2 year battle. If you value your life or your loved one's life, avoid this practice at all costs.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The front staff people are awful. They are rude and so mean. I try to make appointment for next day they said “we can’t do that.” You have call at 8:30. I work at a pcp office and we would never do that patients. I also don’t drive and they yell at me for say you are too early. I’m sorry I uber or need rides from my family etc. Amanda is great. I left the practice because of the front staff not because of the care I got. It was shame but I was getting so upset.

No communication! We tried booking an appointment on our insurer’s website. It showed successfully but when we showed up they said they canceled it. We never received any communication and we won’t go to this low-tech clinic!

If I could give a negative star I would. The reception has got to be the most rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional people I have ever spoke with. They barely spoke with me to help me and then just hung up on me like I wasn’t even a person. I was going to sign up for a primary care there, but I’m now grateful I didn’t. Thankfully with that first impression I steered clear of a hateful practice. God bless anyone who decides to choose them as a primary my thoughts and prayers are with you. You are going to need them if you are treated the way I was.
