Absolute FRAUDS. first I was seeing a NP for my physical. Which is not ideal but Raduazzo gets booked for awhile out. The NP asks why I hadn’t been in in a year. I explained the issues and that I had seen a specialist in another office. She does not give any medical advice or treatment. Really I only brought it up as a comment. Then I am billed for 2 visits. One was my free physical. Then $280 for established patient follow up. This is fraudulent and the office should not be in business. My visit was a regular physical.

I URGE you to read: Dr. Spencer Rittner has been a phenomenal PC physician for years; he’s always given the necessary time/energy and approached my health from a wholistic standpoint, asking the right questions, providing guidance, etc. He’s helped me navigate a tricky journey through overall wellness and mental health. 2. Early April, 2023… I inquired about some serious health concerns and that I needed to see my Dr. who’s known me for years. The office said the first available appt for Dr. Rittner was late August (5 months away) but they could schedule me sooner with Dr. Hurley. I took the appt out of desperation. 3. Recently registered as a new patient. Saw a physician on the same day who was super thorough, advocated for the right tests, even called me back personally after hours. Super impressed with the efficiency and care I received. Would recommend the clinic to anyone.

Not sure why so many poor reviews! Dr Barnard, medical assistant, and front desk staff were all lovely.

Last time that I came in for a visit I had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Today I came in to take a flu test, but they had scheduled me for a flu shot instead, so I could not be seen today. I am definitely switching doctors after today.
