Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton

This hospital grosses me out. I went for a slip and fall. The man who comes out pronounces my name incorrectly. When I got closer to him, I politely corrected him and his response “well I can’t pronounce everyone’s name correctly”. My name is phonetically spelled. So are you saying you can’t read? (I should have said that) He brings me to a curtain split room and proceeds to ask me if I would like a warm blanket. I’m looking at the bed that was given to me and it looks as if there is gum or something sticky on the sheets. There is also a balled up gown on the end of the bed. I ask him “is this clean?” He says “this is how they send the sheets up to us. Would you like a warm blanket?” I pointed to the two sticky patches on the sheets and asked him to look at it. He repeats himself verbatim

I had a wonderful experience here at the ER and hospital, I came in with appendicitis and they were amazing, I was so thankful I went here instead of SS hospital. There was no wait in the ER , and they treated my appendicitis very quickly and efficiently and i didn’t have to have it removed. Not saying that’s true in all cases but I am so thankful I went to get checked out before it was too bad! I will go here now for any emergencies!

Extremely disappointed with this hospital. We went to have my toddler seen and the staff were very rude. It started with. Nurse with light purple hair and glasses (I won’t say her name) but she seemed very bothered when we asked for a plastic syringe to help administer liquid medicine to our child. She then did a swab on our son and headed to the door abruptly and said nothing. My husband had to ask next steps and if we should wait— she seem surprised that we asked it was very short with my husband. Hours past , I even hit the call button for the nurse. No one showed up for a good eight minutes. God forbid it was an emergency……. we never got a results for her son. Thankfully, the doctor was kind enough to check on us, and he seemed very annoyed that the results didn’t come in when he asked

THIS HOSPITAL IS TRULY THE WORST HOSPITAL I EVER BEEN TO. They dismissed my symptoms, I’m pregnant and they ran blood work most of my blood work came back AD normal. They never gave me anything for my potassium. It was SUPER LOW. They never gave me an ultrasound for my gallbladder that was bother me. I was in so much pain the dismissed it all I had to go to another hospital to be treated and tested. I’m pregnant. I went to Brigham and Women’s Hospital - Emergency Department when I tell you they are phenomenal!!!! And listen they care. They are truly great health professionals from the nurse to the doctors EVERYONE. Amazing. Unlike MILTON WORST HOSPITAL

This is the worst hospital. The staff is extremely cold and rude. My doctor sent me to get checked for gallbladder stones or infection, I was at this hospital for 10 hrs when they told me they didn’t have an ultra sound tech until noon. And wanted me to leave with out having it done. “Well we ruled out your gallbladder won’t explode” ok well why didn’t someone tell me this 10 hrs ago? I told them I’ve been here this long I can wait. They put the order in, but made it very clear they’re were not happy. I got the ultra sound 2 hrs later. I told the doctors my throat hurt, nobody looked at my throat or gave me a strep test. Right before I was discharged I asked for a strep test, my white blood cell count was 20,000 and it felt like was swallowing glass and she replied with” no your care here
