Excellent all around - from check in with the FABULOUS front desk peeps, to the handoff to Tiffany, who brought me to the exam room and Dr. Patz came to the room within minutes! He was very personable and knowledgeable and wasted no time setting up next steps! Runs like a well oiled machine!
Dr Patz explained the entire process regarding my torn rotator cuff surgery. The entire process was smooth and went just as he described. I highly recommend him for any orthopedic surgery as he is excellent and followed up to ensure I was doing well. He did such a great job and recommended laser therapy which I did. Between the surgery and laser therapy I had minimal pain.
He was very polite, and knowledgeable. I felt like he was listening to me and my concerns. Absolutely would recommend
